This appears to be a small genital wart (HPV infection), which is a viral STD. You need, at some point, to see a doctor to get some treatment and tests for other STDs. Treatment is not urgent so wait until lockdown restrictions ease.

Hi. What you have in your skin looks very similar to a wart caused by HPV. You will need to get tested for other STI when you can and avoid intercourse as it can easily spread to your partner.
The incubation period (time from you get in contact with the disease to actually produce a disease) for a wart can be anything between 2 weeks to 8 months. Most people report warts appearing in 2-4 months after sexual intercourse without protection.
