Hi, at the minute ive been having hand cramps, when i start feeling my attacks coming on my hands cramp up and its awful also ive been having a strange jaw ace too! its really affecting my sleep and im so drained its starting to really upset me! has anyone else has these symptoms ???
Yes, I haven’t had these personally but one of my friends with anxiety said her hands cramp up really bad during anxiety attacks. She said it’s so bad she can’t even move her fingers, it’s like her hands just lock up. Anxiety causes manyyyy different uncomfortable physical symptoms =(
the hand thing seems to happen a lot with panic attacks.
