My brain and body hurt so bad, od ing on a medicinal level to cope with work and life in general, praying for the light.
The light is in you. That sounds boring I know. In the word of a personality therarist Henry Stack Sullivan ; experiece your living organism ie, increase your data in which to cope by motivating yourself to do things. Excite your mind as to feel alive and achoomplished at somethings that you really enjoy. .
Hi, Crazycat: It sounds like you may have a chemical imbalance in your brain, or in other words...clinical depression. I'm so sorry you are going through such terrible times. Working a job while having depression is horrible. I've been there and done that. I might suggest that you see a good doctor, who would probably prescribe a mild antidepressant to help you cope. It takes about two weeks to tell much difference, once you begin taking the meds, so please hang in there. It gets better, I promise...Hope this helps....
Be careful with those meds, Crazycat, they could be damaging your kidneys or liver or whatever.
You need to discuss this with your doctor or whoever handles your case, you need more help.
I am so sorry to hear how bad you feel. The light IS there somewhere, don't stop looking for it.
Keeping you in my thoughts,
Pat xxx
