Hello, I am 24 and FTM Trans. I recently discovered a large hard lump in my rectum on the wall facing the uterus. Any ideas a to what this is? I am hoping it is either my uterus (I am on my period) or feces stuck in another part of my digestive system that is pressing up against the wall (unsure of organ placement).
How long has the lump been there? Have you been to your doctor to check for haemorrhoids since it is in your rectum? Ask for a pelvic ultrasound to check your ovaries/uterus. You would know if you had constipation if you haven’t been to the loo for several days or more, been passing hard, small pellet like stools, had abdominal pain, nausea, dizziness or fatigue. You can also sometimes feel the stools backing up in your anus. In any case, you will need to see your doctor to get the answers to your questions. We are not medically qualified on this site.
