The only way to help you is to know what MAY have caused this; one of the most common causes of what this COULD be is frequent masturbation, is this something you do?
The other thing you need to check is when your penis is erect - make your penis hard and move the loose skin on the shaft of your penis to the bottom of the shaft close to your body. When you do this does the lump stay in the same place or does it move down the shaft of your penis.
Are you saying when you press on this, while it is hard it does still move - or does it press inwards to the main innards of the shaft of your penis?
The most common thing that looks like this is a Penile Cyst, these are harmless but can take many months to fade away. These look the size of a garden or chick pea and also feel like you can squash them slightly and move them around slightly - try pressing it inwards to see if it moves or whether it stays on the surface of your skin?
This is not on your foreskin it is near the top of the main shaft of your penis
Umm I guess so. Is it bad to masturbate frequently (daily)? I tried pressing it, it stays on the same place and does not move and yea its the size or a chicken pea. I tried popping it (yea ik I am so stupid) and some liquid came out together with blood. I washed off thoroughly and now it has like an opening but the size has not reduced.
In terms of masturbation: usually if it is once a day that is not usually a problem in most circumstances. The essentials are if you were masturbating several times in the same day, applying a great deal of pressure, AND if you were using any form of penis enlargement.
However, if any kind of problem exists the penis simply does not have the opportunity to repair itself.
So to conclude on what you have going on: the two most common things that appear at this part of the penis are Penile Cyst and Penile Lymphocele - both of these are linked to the amount of masturbation taking place - and, as I say, if any form of penile enlargement is being used.
Both the Cyst and Lymphocele are most often harmless but they do take time to repair themselves, the Lymphocele usually clear the quickest, but a Cyst can take many months to reduce in size. Again, the size of a Cyst will remain constant if pressure is applied to it or the circumstances that caused it are still present.
In terms of treating these the easiest thing to do is simply to stop masturbating for as long as you can, such as for 3 weeks, if you are unable to do this restrict masturbation to once a week, or once every fourth day and make the sessions as brief as you can.
If you are using any methods of penile enlargement I would suggest not using these for 4 to 5 months to allow complete repair and healing of your penis.
So when you say some liquid came out this means there is an infection present - you must treat the infection and if the skin is not repairing itself you need to use some form of antiseptic skin cream to treat the infection and aid the skin in healing itself.
For this you need a antiseptic liquid or cream that is for use on healing skin issues such as cuts, and skin abrasions. Apply 3 or 4 time a day for up to 5 days - the skin should heal and the infection removed - however, if you have a Cyst or Lymphocele these will still remain as they take their own time to repair, as I have already detailed.
If the skin will NOT heal after 6 or 7 days of using the antiseptic treatment you will need to seek medical attention …
