Has anyone experienced anything like this and it’s been down to horrible tonsil crypt / stones?

Since November of last year I’ve been having a recurrent stone in a deep crypt that hides behind my tonsil pillar on the right. My jaw lymph node is constantly aching and one deeper further down my neck, kind of in line where you would have an Adam’s apple (if I was male not sure how else to describe). ENT barely looked at the crypt but I explained and he said you can have them out. I’d literally just had gynae surgery in the October so I was not wanting to do that. I wanted to try and manage it but I’ve done what I think is all I can and I have a stone every other day if not every day and the symptoms are now giving me pain daily…

So for past 9 months symptoms have exploded and I’m being referred back to ENT. They seem fairly extreme and as I’m still trying to figure out if this could all seriously be from tonsil crypt inflammation brewing in a deep space I can’t really get to properly, I wanted to see if anyone had experienced anything similar?

My eye on the same side has become so dry and sore, I’m having to use eye ointment and drops every day. The inner corners get irritated and itchy and I have inflammatory tissue at the punctum/drainage hole and I can no longer tolerate my lenses because of it. I get cheek bone and temple pain. I’ve had two migraines with aura in that right temple too which I’ve not had for 16 years +

I saw ophthalmology and got checked out after the migraine as it even caused a retinal bleed but I was discharged from both neuro and ophthalmology as they can’t find a reason other than dry eye and migraine but I know the issues are connected.

I get radiating ear pain and a stiff neck sore and aching all the way down to my collar bone. I feel pressure in my nose / sinus but no mucus. It feels like a whole chain reaction.

I’m worried I’ll put myself through the tonsillectomy pain and risks for it to be my sinuses or something else and not the tonsil. I do get aches in lymph nodes and PND left side too but pain is never as bad.

ENT last year did say I had swelling in nasal passage and pretty sure I get PND but yeah just is a lot of pain now and steroid nasal drops / salt gargles not touching anything.
