I just heard about MLS Laser Therapy. I wondered if anyone out there had used it as a management for pain. Input greatly appreciated.

J'ai vu une publicité pour un chiropracteur proposant ce qui semble être la même thérapie. La seule chose qui m'a inquiété, c'est qu'il n'acceptait pas l'assurance pour le traitement, ce qui est parfois un indice qu'il n'est pas pleinement accrédité et accepté. Je le ferais vérifier par un site web d'une école de médecine ou de la clinique Mayo pour voir ce qu'ils en disent.

I am an MLS therapist and I have been using the laser for the past 6 years. I have had positive outcomes as well as negative. Most of the negative outcomes came from patient's that weren't compliant with the course of treatment. Meaning they did not follow the treatment plan as advised. I have patient's that have had little to no feeling in their body to being able to feel everything after 10 treatments. The laser is not covered by insurance because it is seen as a cosmetic device. Just like inserts are not covered by insurance, certain medications are not covered etc....
