i have been sexually active the last couple days
Bumps glans and burning urethra

Balanitis more than likely. I had the same going on. Fungal infections to the tip. But do get checked cause there are also viral causes.

do you clean your penis? looks like that can cause the fungal infection, take the anti fungal cream suggest not to have sex while your taking the cream, and after it goes away, clean your penis, pull skin down and soap the glans ,
