If you get another panic attack go right to YouTube and search for “panic attack emergency“ or just “panic attack“. They will guide you through it. Many to choose from.

How did your night go? Are you still having panic attacks? If so, I would rcan commences a visit to your doctor for a psych referral. They can help you cognitively and also with a medication to help get you through this rough time. CBT is a great tool to learn in therapy and it helps me calm down during a panic attack.
When I have an attack, I breathe deeply, filling my belly with as much air as I can. I also identify three things I can hear, see, and feel. I tend to slouch and bend my shoulders in during an attack, so I try to sit up straight and stretch my arms and legs. Sometimes a hot shower will work, or going for a walk. Hoping it didn't last too long -- good luck!
