Habe ich vor der Endoskopie Halsschmerzen, sollte ich trotzdem gehen?

I have an endoscopy tomorrow, I have a sore throat with mild coughing, you can see my throat is irritated as it is red at the back.

would it be wise to go for an endoscopy or is it too much of a risk?
