Vitamin D deficiency might actually be a cause, I recently had blood work come back that my Vit. D was low again. I also have been dehydrated lately and that might contribute. I'm not sure why it would always be the left breast though and it is only when I am laying on my back.
I take a D suppliment once a week. Wish that was it. Thank you for your feedback. thinking about trying some CBD oil. The xanax doesn't seem to help anymore and just want to get off all the prescription dope.
hi there! was wondering how your dr appt went and if they gave you any suggestions? I'm in the same boat.
Hi get that buzzing sometimes in the head but it goes and come back part of the crap
sounds like a plan. I bought Bach Flower Remedy Aspen drops and Rescue Relief spray. Will see how that works. Would really like to know what adrenal support you are going to try.😀
So have the pills helped out at all?
yes. I was seeing a naturopath years ago. They always want to do very expensive test for it. I take 1 grain nature thyroid but I am also looking for some andrenal suppliment.
at the natural pantry store. Maybe some kind of drops. Let me know if you have any suggestions on some.
thanks
So I will list my background and maybe we can find a link. So I'm a 45yr female, 3 years ago I didn't have 1 problem in my life. Life was great. One summer night I experienced vertigo really bad because I never had that happen to me it caused me to get a very bad panic attack. I went to the er cause I thought I was dying and they gave me 2 mg of Ativan. I felt great fast. Nothing for 6 months when I went on Vacation to vegas with my husband and while we were there i had only a panic attack (i think i worried about my kids too much) I was given 10, 1mg Ativan in the hospital after the first attack so I had those pills on me and took 1. I took one everyday while away. I was fine for anotther good chunk of time when I started having these weird sleep issues (that's what I call it). I haven't started menop at all. I've had a halter monitor for 24hrs but didn't find anything. I've had 2 sleep studies to rule out sleep apnea. I've brought up this to my PCP and nobody seems too concerned after all I'm still alive. The other thing I had done was ultrasound to heal a back pain and some kind of electronic pulse to heal my back. I was also thinking maybe it's from my mammograms or the annual MRI I get on my breasts. I have family history of breast cancer I've not been diagnosed. So can anybody relate to anything?
No estoy segura. ¡Espero no tener Lymes o otro virus! Muchas personas que conozco lo tienen.
Oh, I taken .5 mg of Ativan and I can sleep all night. I don't like taking pills but it does get me to sleep.
Grab a drink or a snack, this is going to be a bit long-winded.
My symptoms are not in my head!!! My symptoms are not "hormonal."
It is actual physical symptoms.
I am 53 years old. Seven years ago I started menopause. It turned out I had breast cancer. I had four surgeries, including a double mastectomy and reconstruction. Never had radiation. Never had chemo. Never took any hormones, before or after diagnosis. Never had any issues with vibration after all that.
I was diagnosed with COPD (Emphysema). I have taken prednisone multiple times.
My vibration problems didn't start until 2016, five years after my surgeries and menopause ending. Just out of the blue... I started noticing the fan from the apartment above me causing a low humming and vibration.
I moved.
The next apartment, the tenant above had an air exchanger engaged day and night.
I moved.
Thought I had found PEACE!!!!! Then a construction company broke ground across the street 3 weeks later... UGH! Turns out besides the digging and constant vibration from their machines, daily, they needed to use a commercial-sized generator to dry the cement, day and night. Hell does not describe the vibration and humming heard and felt, very strongly, for months. I didn't sleep much, and was a very irritated human being!!!
The apartment complex I am living in is also right beside a huge shopping complex; many stores and restaurants.
Stores, restaurants all have compressors for air circulation, heating, air conditioning... that noise, vibration travels through the ground... Some hear it, some don't.
Some days, strong vibration. Some days, NO vibration at all!!! Those days, I sleep for 10 hours.
The apartments are all equipped with air exchangers (and after conducting door-to-door research, there are multiple tenants who run their air exchanger for hours, day after day).
Some apartments have the window air conditioning (where the unit sits in a pre-built frame in the wall to the outside) and some have mural air conditioning (with the main machine outside), and the apartments have electric fireplaces. (Alll providing many hours of humming and vibrationl!!)
Symptoms:
It is a vibration through my body but mostly felt in the genital area and my chest. Sometimes it even causes surges in my heartbeat and then calms down. I also suffer from Emphysema and my lungs feel as though I have been active and they produce extra mucus. It makes me have to go to the washroom, number 2, frequently. (That is not in my head or hormonal.) I also noticed that days where the vibration is strong, I have less feet swelling, and they do swell when the vibration stops.
I have been to older neighbourhoods and there is NO vibration... and I was feeling vibration when I left my own place. (That is not in my head or hormonal!!!)
Some days the vibration is light, and some days it is quite strong. If it was hormonal, it would stay consistent.
I have scouted out other apartments, some do not have vibration at different times of the day, some do.
Can you tell that I am slightly insulted by people suggesting, thinking it is all in my head or hormonal?
I am considering moving after conducting intense research!!!!! Other than that, I do not see a "cure." I am not keen on stuffing any kind of medication down my throat, especially something to sleep. I do not like weed or any other kind of narcotic.
The point of my post? To let you know that someone else does know how you feel, and does not think it is in your head or hormonal.
Some days I despair, and think that there is nothing worse than what I am going through... but then there are days where the vibration stops and it gives me strength to battle the next time it vibrates. I can tolerate it!
Stay strong!
I suffer with the same symptoms and notice a little cardio really helps. I also try and drink coconut water and a cup of green tea. This site is so helpful to stop us feeling like we are on our own with this meno rubbish!
Apparently the coconut helps electrolytes thst can improve nervous dizzy sensations and bananas also full of potassium and minerals . It's all trial and error I guess!
¡Buena suerte!
