Tener vibraciones o zumbidos internos en el cuerpo.

Bzzzzzzzzzzz.............

Michelle how about waking up in fright Lol this symptom disappear now come back this is torture.

it's just  so frustrating. I really have no idea who to go to next for this. Do you have any suggestions for a cortizol suppliment. I'm thinking maybe my levels are too high or low. Not sure. Gonna have to research.

I am so relieved I found this forum. I have had this feeling for a few years now and it's literally driving me crazy! I feel this painless almost pounding , buzzing or vibrating feeling in my head. It seems to be worse in the morning. I take 2mg estrace dsiky, had a total hysterectomy in 2012 and I'm almost 44. I am literally always a nervous wreck and worried sick. 😕 The latter has been controlling my life lately. I almost feel scared constantly. I also have pretty severe dreprssion on these days. No offense ladies, but I'm glad I'm not alone. My dr too says "oh that's weird, never heard of that" ughhhh

HI Michelle yes I my self I don't know what to do anymore but let it wash over me..it's really blight my life I want to get back out there like last year doing things but the crap return and give good Anxeity dose, this morning I'm all over the place off stable feelings I have to go out tomorrow, how about family relatives see how they went through it and if they ok.

I can relate! I am the same way. I worry that all my craziness is pushing my kids, husband, ppl away. It's so scary and uncontrollable. I cry for no reason, I'm scared to death about nothing/everything. I have so much fear, anxiety, drepression and these vibrating/buzzing surges that I'm getting on top of it all. Nobody gets it. 😔Not even my dr. I feel every day like I'm losing my mind. I hope you feel better knowing you're not alone. This forum is a God send for me. Like out of the blue I'll start getting this panicky feeling, and wonder if I'm ok in my head. Do other people have these thought? Do other people feel this way? How do they get rid of these negative feelings? I question everything. 😕😔

Waiting to hear how this works! I'm going crazy with all these symptoms. 😞

Sorry you are having a tough time, I find it easier when I try to be objective and remember that ive spoken to a dr and that its part of meno and not an illness  - its a process of change. Personally I am not taking any meds, started peri meno about 5 years ago am now period - free , started with night sweats, electric shock type sensations then the occasional hot flush then that all seemed to subside by about 80% thought I was finished with it . Last few months I have had the internal tremors- usually waking me in the middle of the night like a bad dream and then lasting the rest of the morning along with ringing in my ears. The last 2 weeks ive amended my diet and as of yet ive not had another. Daily banana, avocado and either a cup of green tea or a coconut water drink. I do 10 mins of exercise- either skipping or planking and squats - i can do this in indoors early evening. Temember that as long as you have spoken to you doc and he has checked your blood pressure etc that its ok and eventually it will pass xx

Your Dr. says it's part of menopause? I had a nurse tell me all my problems were menopausal and I could agree except I have never missed a period. Like ever. Ugh

How old are you? I was in peri for 5 years and never missed a period either but then they stop!

I am 45, will be 46 in a few months.

You strat having symptoms way before periods stop.  I used to get night sweats and thought I had leukemia- because you still have periods nad dont make the connection but lots of symptoms start and the ending of peiods is at the near- end of the process- google peri menopause

Same as i was - its peri menopause

That doesn't help the lady that is 27 and having vibrations. I ouldnt know about the periods, I haven't had one since 2 years ago when I had surgery, but I was told blood work showed normal hormone levels and not pre-menopausal then. But I guess I could be now, I'm 43. I was scared I was getting exposed to my husbands testosterone somehow, glad to hear it might be menopausal, but why is this so unfamiliar with doctors I wonder?

Did you get these at 27 or you asking for the younger people. Are there any men with this?

I am deficient in D3.

Thank you!! Its so reassuring to hear this from other women like myself! ❤️ I hope you find relief as well.

Hola Michelle, no estás sola. Hace un año empecé a vibrar internamente y sigo así. He visto a tantos médicos.
