Frecuencia baja??? Las minas están activas todo el tiempo. Además, vivo en el campo, en medio de unas cuantas cientos de acres. No creo que eso sea lo que está causando esto. ;

Even if you live in the countryside there can be low frequency noise from sources like sewer pumps, ventilators or a central heating unit.

No, my cholesterol values are perfect (I always am told I have the blood of a sportswoman. While feeling totally miserable:-s)

Presión arterial alta,

Diabetes,

He tomado algo de agua y he vuelto a la cama

Hi Kay, menopause wil interfer with every cell in our body and if you have something wrong it will make it worst too, yes I know how you feel I had the buzzing in my head but disappears all the symptoms come and go or subside and you don't know when they stop..we need that deep sleep to function but it rob us from that, I'm also fed up dealing with it too, I'm Post Menopsal I think had no periods now for 13 months just hanging in there as they say it gets better

Hi Debbie glad the Anixety is settling with you I can't wait for mine too go, it sometimes e facet my sleep too, all that buzzing trembling jittery and other crap does go and you don't know when it gone

I know this is going to seem crazy, but no one has mentioned cell phones or Wifi... I saw where these teens did a science fair project on cell growth in plants and the effects wifi had on them. They put one set of seeds in a room with wifi and the other set in a room without wifi signals. The plants with the wifi didn't grow, the plants without wifi grew beautifully. They started the experiment because they noticed when they had their phones in their rooms at night didn't feel rested.

My husband is an electrician and he has told me some crazy stories about his experiences and others with high voltage electricity.

I sleep with my phone next to me, i dont know about anyone else but I'm willing to put my device in another room to see if it helps.

Btw, my blood work does not show that I'm starting menopause.

To me it doesn't sound crazy, I've mentioned it before myself. I'm member of a FB group of people suffering from the radiation of nearby cell towers/WIFI and/or low frequency noise and all of them including me experience internal buzzing, tingling and vibrations.

BTW, I would never sleep with my phone next to me or in my bedroom, not even when it's on airplane mode.

Hi Susan, I don't know when I stop, these symptoms can come on and then stop with out you realing it..right now I have Anixety at night it keeps me a wake or stop me from falling off I don't know when that will go people say it will stop eventually and I hope so,everyday I look to see how I'm feeling and if it's gone, do you sleep at night you must not beat yourself up ok we are all in the same place has any of your symptoms lift since your last cycle
