Having trouble sleeping now.. Should I be worried?

Yesterday I woke up with a slight headache which wasn’t bad at all, but hours later on my headache is getting pretty bad where I feel nauseous and feel like I need to pass out and I’m also having nasal congestion. I’m honestly panicking now since I’m not sure what I might have, but I’m really hoping it’s not covid, I work at home and I barely go out as much due to the pandemic rise again. I know it’s pretty soon to tell, but I’m just so worried now about my health. I’m usually mostly healthy and barely get sick at all. What can I do to calm myself down?

first of all, take a nice deep breath and calm down. So many times our mind has such a negative thoughts that are not based on fact so we get scared. Headaches are extremely common as well as nasal congestion.
many times it’s not so much what’s going on but it’s our reaction to it. When we overthink things, then fear takes over which is not based on reality. One thing you can do is make sure that you are drinking plenty of water to stay hydrated. That will also help the headache and congestion. there’s also nasal spray you can use. Eat healthy, take daily vitamins, get a little exercise. All these things build up your immune system. If you’re really anxious about anything, you can calm yourself down by going on YouTube and listening to relaxing talks on overthinking or anxiety. I listen to those every night before going to sleep.
Even if you have Covid, and you are young, you have a 99.9% chance of being OK. And do things to relax yourself like watch a funny movie, take a walk, talk to family and friends etc.
remember that through our lifetime, there’s always going to be something that comes up like a headache, stomach ache, aches and pains the vast majority of which are nothing serious. have a great day!
