Yes I have experienced numbness in my cheek on my face even my teeth and gums and tongue. My doctor says that is anxiety when i told her what i was experiencing. Just about every symptom i have the Doctor says oh that's Anxiety.
That feeling will pass it always does. Just got to do slow long deep breaths through your nose then breath out of your mouth slow several times this slows your heart from racing, it also helps you to be calm. Think about relaxing. And keep in mind you will be okay. Also let your doctor know about your symptoms. I have had many different symptoms each anxiety i have had.
I’ve had it in my hands for 3-4 months now and I’m really sick of it !! Is it the drugs ? I’m on venlafaxine lorazepam and quatiapine
How much lorazepam do you take? Everyday?
