For three weeks my head feels full it tingles all the time my left shoulder and neck seem to hurt sometimes or feel numb I have had a MRI CT blood work all comes back ok I get so worked up my BP rises and my heart rate is high it's like I panic Drs have told me it's nothing it is making me feel crazy has anyone expereiced this or had issues with there sphenoid sinuses?
