Postura da cabeça

im starting to think some of this head dizziness thats with me 24/7 is my head posture im always head forward on my phone playing games. its effecting my vision as well and ive noticed that its worse on cycle so i know some of this is hormones. ive made an appointment with a chiropractor to try and see if it will help. so fingers crossed i get this figured out as its done took a toll on me.

Sure.. it’s defiantly worth looking into.. Hormones do play a part but now I"m wondering if it’s this fluctuating BP that causes it too. It’s a pain… I’m finding myself off balanced and stumbling a bit. It’s scary cuz I certainly don’t want to fall and break something.. I’m only 50 and already have a fear of tripping…

Hi Pamela,
Im in the same situation right now. BP fluctuation. I had ECG last week, all normal, but I feel giddy, tired, having excessive sweating (living in Singapore doesnt help), and BP fluctuating. My digestive system is also having a problem.
Why isnt there menopause specialist that can answer or give advice to all these instead of going from one doc to the other???
Just ranting!!
God Bless us all.

i was wondering same thing im looking down at my phone a lot but it is much worse one week or two out of the month for some reason im at a loss dr says everything is normal so i have no clue i just know its driving me crazy

Hi Pamela

I think there’s a good chance that posture doesn’t help. I work from home on a laptop, and foolishly don’t use a work station. So, I end up bent over at the neck, and really hunched in my shoulders and it causes me some terrible symptoms which include dizzyness, feeling off balance when I walk, eye problems etc and even stomach problems because I’m all knotted up. I get mine sorted with massage or chiropractor and it really does help. Good luck xx

thanks im hoping to get relief from chiropractor
