Headaches - Speech problems

Some days I get really bad headaches and makes me feel foggy and my speech gets affected. I start to stutter and words gets slurry..is this normal? What helps the Headaches??

I don't think I'm depressed as much anymore I think...I might be stressed but before I use to cry for no reason etc ..I don't feel low ..I just can't cope with the headaches etc anymore which is making me low at times ..getting married soon and I don't wanna be like this

Hello MRM, I don't know your age but have you seen a doctor? Perhaps you have migraines which can be debilitating. Could be medication also if you're on any. Please get checked. Hope you feel better

I have had the stuttering,  which I call tripping on words and I do that when I'm  anxious. My doctor said it's because my brain is overly anxious. 

That headaches I get are mostly pressure headaches from stress  but they can cause fogginess. I've had every test and they all come out fine. 

 have you seen your doctor about this?  I always recommend doing that just to have things checked out. Or have you spoken to a counselor about stress? Doing these things may give you some peace of mind .

 some people find that reducing stress helps relieve headaches while others need to take medication for it. It's very  individual. I just know when I feel foggy  and have a pressure headache, I need to bring the stress level down.  

 I often listen to audio meditations on YouTube for anxiety or stress.  They calm down my mind and relieve the fogginess.  I think they may help you as well as the breathing meditation  that helps provide better oxygenation to the brain. You can search for that one on YouTube it's called "mindfulness breathing guided meditation 10  minutes".  Most people do not breathe properly and that can actually increase anxiety.

My problem is I don't know exactly what I am stressing about that's making me really anxious. I just hate the stuttering part as I try and be normal and talk really fast and skip words ...and it's not good when you work in a call centre

CSR too with same problem. I just try to s peak slower and sometimes with a slight accent. Lol
