As you move through midlife, the steps you take now can make the difference to how well you live and enjoy your later years. It’s not enough to rely on going to the gym or eating your five a day - it’s a combination of factors that affect mind and body.

It’s worth adding a few more facts that my trigger people start to age well such as
Age-related muscle loss, or sarcopenia, causes a gradual decline of 0.5–1% in muscle mass annually, starting as early as age 40, which can accelerate to 10% or more per decade after 60. Strength loss is even faster, often decreasing by 1.5–5% yearly, and sometimes 9-12% per decade in later life.
So plan for this decline develop exercises you like, play Golf, join a walking group try Tai Chi. If you don’t you may struggle to get up after a fall, or just getting off of your sofa or climbing the stairs. If you see signs of struggling practise those muscle movements.
A lot of people have work as their main social activity/stimulation but work ends, plan your life after retirement, make sure it’s a full life, hobbies, social interaction good food.
The difference between eating like a king or queen is not wealth but learning to cook well. Learn to use fruit, meat, fish and vegetables in ways that delight you and you’ll keep your mind active, waist line trim and every mouthful a delight.
