I was not aware of proper hygiene growing up and just wondering if this is normal or not. i began to pull back my foreksin for the past weeks however i still have difficulties so i know that is balantis. I understand that i have smegma and a buildup so I assume the bacteria is going to leave me with a UTI. I just want to get some advice on the meatus.
I strongly suggest scheduling an appointment with a urologist and telling them about your concerns. They should be able to evaluate your situation and provide you with the next steps needed to improve it.
