This week has been pretty normal, not much of an issue with anxiety since I'm getting counseling, but today out of nowhere my heart rate jumped to around 130 bpm and stayed in the 110-140 range for like 45 minutes... I felt very fatigued but I could still (barely) function. Is this an anxiety thing, or should I see a doctor to see if it's a heart problem?
^ To add on to this I was just sitting down, doing minimal physical exertion. I wasn't exercising

I get my heart racing especially when I wake up in the morning. I've had an ecg and another heart test an everything was normal . I think it's all anxiety..
15, school and swim practice after. I haven't had any problems with exercising
