I have been having really bad stomach pain when i walk. Its in the middle area of my abdomen and sometimes feels really tight and i cant breath properly. If i rest the pain goes away. I also suffer from palpitations and get breathless on exertion. My legs also get puffy and my stomach bloats. Does anyone think this could be a heart problem?

look like gastric problem do u have heart check up i mean ekgs etc better is that to go to cardiologist for check up ****i have also a problem but done plenty of tests but i feel the same hope u will feel fine soon

saw a doctor this morning. Doing blood tests if clear then possible referral to Cardiology.
you could ask for a d-dimer blood test to rule out pulmonary embolism or emboli. I had really bad stomach problems before I was diagnosed. Have you had your legs looked at to check for a dvt?
You should consult with heart specialist if you think about the heart issue because Heart doctor can give you correct information.
