Hi, I was hoping someone can please give some advice on how painful haemorrhoids can be? does anyone get lower tummy pain as well as pain in the rectum, would really appreciate others peoples stories please.

had what surgeon described as massive grade four haemorrhoids removed last year
i never felt any pain at all even at their worst
have you seen a doctor ?
if not do so as soon as possible
