Hi About a week ago I noticed the area on the left side of my face twitching near my mouth. It is small (like an eye twitch) but annoying. It did not start at my eye like most spasms seem to...but it isn't getting better. It woke me up the other night because I am so attuned to the twitches...I am going to make a dr. apt. but can stress/anxiety ever manifest like this? Usually my eye twitches when stressed so I am very worried about what is going on. I am 46 by the way and a healthy woman....is it possible this is nothing? I am so worried it's going to get worse or it's MS or something....
