I’ve had this brown spot on my penis head for 3 months now and it doesn’t go away. It really worries me I’ve thought it could be herpes than HIV OR HPV I’ve been tested for everything and tested for hiv twice once after a week from exposure and again at 31 days with 4th generation test. I’ve had the spots looked at by 2 skin specialist and they both said nothing to worry about but I still am very worried because I NEVER had this and it appeared 3 or 4 days after sex with this person and has not gone away. I just want to finally move on and put this chapter of my life behind me. I have someone I really care about and do not want to infect them with anything. I’m going for final hiv test soon and hoping it remains negative but the brown mark is still there and no signs of it leaving. If ANYONE has any advise if really really appreciate it
Two skin specialists should be enough reassurance for anyone. Maybe it's just a change in pigmentation. Use a condom until you have a clear result from your final HIV test and you won't be putting your partner at any significant risk.

It's all too easy to take a sequence of events and think the former CAUSES the latter. It's important to allow for sheer coincidence where there is no causal relationship between two events.
