Help for Anxiety

Hi all, just wanted to ask has anyone tried the DARE app? Or Headspace? Has anyone found them helpful? Also has anyone found mediation or counselling helpful? I have horrible anxiety and panic attacks. Pushing myself every day to try do a liitle bit more and on 50mg Serlatine a few weeks. Very slight improvement since starting the Serlatine. If you are talking about Barry McDonough's books, yes I have. It helped me a bunch. I did read his other book Panic Away which is the same content as DARE. If you are looking for apps, I highly suggest the app called Calm. It is awesome for anxiety, depression, panic and just EVERYTHING! There are certain things you do have to pay for, but I promise you, it is worth it.
