is this herpes or friction burn
i would lean more towards herpes because of the way it looks. any itching or burning? is this the only one? how long ago did you have a sexual encounter? the only way to know for sure is to have it swabbed. good luck!
it burns when i pee but no itching . This is the only one . But i havent seen any blisters just this .
yeah i would deff go get it swabbed at your GP or local health office. it could be something else but bettet safe than sorry.
I agree with worriewart- the photo shows a cluster of superficial ulcers which would suggest genital herpes. Getting a swab for herpes DNA should confirm the diagnosis. Adhari
u would need a bood test to determine herpes as they have to be swabbed within 24 hours of them bursting to have a swab done ..if have masturbated or had sex without lubrication u could have caused a friction burn so it could be that also given the fact your concerned it mabe herpes u should stil visit ur doctor or sexual health clinic
