Genital warts are caused by HPV- i.e. they are synonymous. Unfortunately, the picture shows two obvious areas affected by warts, on (your) left side and at the bottom of the vaginal opening (fourchette).
You should see your doctor to confirm the diagnosis, get treatment and tested for other STDs.
