Help!! I found some weird bumps on my penis and i don't know what they are???

Some weird bumps appeared on my penis about a week ago i'm not sure what they are because there just there not really any symptoms besides that. I'm kind of confused because i haven't been sexually active in about a year and a half (i work like 6 days a week and covid so its hard lol) i'm going to make a doctors appointment soon anyways just a bit concerning and like a said kind of confused because i don't know what it is?

i think its just a pimple kinda thing. No need to worry just observe it for a couple of days.
And if you are making an appointment then good.
