Hello, I’m looking for advice! My penis was rubbing strenuously against an object while erect and afterwards i noticed what looked like internal bleeding on the head of my penis. I am uncircumcized and usually do not have the glans exposed but this time my foreskin was retracted.
I was in the pool so i rinsed off with fresh water and lied down and about 20-30min later the blood/dark spots are becoming darker. it seems to be underneath my skin because no blood is coming out of my body. there is minor pain if at all, maybe a little bit of soreness but i can barely feel it. as you can see in photos the red spots are slightly raised.
my questions:
- do i need to be concerned? should i call a doctor or will it heal on its own?
- anything i can do to help the process? ice or washing?
- should i refrain from becoming erect/sexual activity until further notice? how long will it take to heal and until i can resume sexual activity?
- will the blood spot stay on my penis head or will it come off? i am concerned this will leave permanent damage on my penis!
