help is this herpes or a pimple????

is this herpes or a pimple. there is no burning pain and there is only one bump. i do have hsv1 though so i am scared if i contaminated my hand and spread it to my genitals. any help???

if you have hsv1 on your face then it is incredibly unlikely you’ll get it genitally as your body protects you from that.

It kind of looks like a infected sebaceous cyst which is harmless just keep an eye on it. Eventually it will do its thing and you’ll be fine.

had it since i was a kid dont remember who gave it to me. i only get them on my lip never and inner mouth sores. Never had any discomfort in my throat either.
