i first noticed a small hard bump that lasted about a week where that small perineum lesion now is but that could be from shaving? but then i investigated further and noticed this inside of my vagina looked odd?? im rlly scared and i dont know what to do!! anything helps

There is nothing strange inside your vagina, you seem to have VP which is perfectly normal, but you need to find out why you have the sore in your perineum. It has nothing to do with HPV.
