About a month ago, i had unprotected anal sex with a girl i met. I ATTACHED PICTURES. That was about the first time of my life. About three days later, i started having an irritated meatus, and burning while i pee. I then saw, i had Smegma on my foreskin, which i now dont that i wash it everyday. I went to an Urgent Care (Pinnacle Health) and saw a doctor. The doctor then did a urine culture/test and it came back negaitive. He then did STD testing which also came back negaitive. He then said i have a non-std case of Urethittis.
He put me on Doxcyclcine, however i had to stop taking it as it made me sick. I also get the urge to go sometimes.
A month later (NOW) i am still having the irritated meatus, pinching like, and burning while i pee. The gland of the penis, also gets very red at times as well as the meatus. I went back to the doctor, he did another UTI test, as it was negaitve. He then gave me creme, to help it in case of Balantitis. I am currently still on that, but its not helping i dont think.
During masturbation, the penis head also gets red like, with the meatus really red. After i am done, it burns a bit then goes away. Inside, the meatus on both sides they look irritated but on the left side it looks like a little cut.
I go to my normal family doctor, at the end of the month, cause their so booked.
Is there any natural remedies like to wash it with, apply or anything OTC to help me with this or does anyone know what it is?
I feel it is a Yeast Infection but idk.
The good news is that it isn't an STI. You'd have been unlucky to pick one up, but condoms are obviously a good idea with anyone you don't know well. They're extra helpful for anal sex, because unless you use lots of lube, it can be painful for you as well as the girl. (if you're only doing anal because you don't have a condom handy, then try oral instead)
If you no longer have a UTI either, then it could be a yeast infection aka balanitis, but it could just be as a result of the physical damage from the anal sex, or possibly all the times you and the docs have looked at it since then.
My best guess is that it will just clear up by itself, but good luck, and let us know how it goes.

Unfortunetly, I had the same situation here just like you. I have never had sex before. I only get over excited when kissing my girl and touch her without having sex. Now, the inflammmation is exactly as you in the hole of urine. it sometimes hurt and sometimes not and no itchy at all. I used lots of anti fungs and bacterial and inflammtion creams ...what a hell us that ? I dont know yet. Soon , I will go to a nother doctor to see...
I sometimes get that burning sensation if I wash my privates with anything soapy. I realised that sometimes, minute amounts can get inside and irritate the meatus. Might you be allergic to anything you put on your penis?
