i got these weird bumps that grew on the head of my penis. im sexually active. But i dont feel any pain or anything im just worried by the change i noticed.

might be balantis, or just dry skin, first stop using any soap or gels etc on your penis, just water when washing it, if it doesn’t improve get a thrush cream.
those bumps round the corona are penile papules there normal
