HELP MEEEE!! WHAT IS THIS??? im freaking out.

so, last week, my vagina began to itch. I assumed it was by hair removal but while I showered I saw some white bumps above the entrance, not inside. They are on the sides and lower. itched me once in a while, the area was flushed. three days ago I started introducing ovules with clotrimazole and I don't have redness anymore, the bumps are deflated and it doesn't itch almost anything. but I'm still worried, I want to know if the bumps are normal,they don't seem to have p pus, they are not exploited, it does not hurt. but im worried anyways because my vaginal discharge It is turning yellow and I dont know what it can be pls helpp I'm very scared that it's something else
