i havent had these timy lumps they are in my labia of my vagina they just appeared ive never had them before and they are very itchy ive just noticed them what are they? im scared its an std can someone help me please?

Hi, I see you have both Fordyce Spots and Vestibular papillomatosis. VP can get swollen when irritated so this is why you might have never noticed them before. However, they are rarely the cause of the itchiness. It’s possible you have a small yeast infection or a minor irritation too.
