Okay, ich gehe seit 3 Jahren auf diese Schule und habe etwa 10 enge Freunde, mit denen ich mich in der Schule herumtreibe, aber keine von ihnen sind Mädchen. In den 3 Jahren, die ich hier bin, war ich noch nie mit einem Mädchen befreundet und ich würde gerne sozialer werden und mehr Freunde finden, besonders Mädchen, aber ich habe Angst davor, weil sie mich wahrscheinlich nicht mögen oder nicht kennen. Ich habe Angst, Leute auf Snapchat hinzuzufügen, weil sie mich wahrscheinlich nicht zurück hinzufügen oder mich für komisch halten.

Just because we want to get to know someone, it doesnt mean they have to recipricate, but if you dont try, you wont know will you, and maybe just maybe some of these people are also thinking the same about you,.
Take things slowly and get to know just one person at a time, before you know it you will have a wide circle around you. You say you have 10 friends, thats alot, maybe if they have other friends you could get to know them.
Never be afraid of regection, just accept it as, oh well I tried and then move on, eventually you will have the friendships you want.....

just make the move and go for it, change generally doesn't happen on its own. Even if you have 10 friends, that's still pretty good. You have nothing to be ashamed of
