I have constant daily mild headaches which get worse when straining and bending down. I feel dizzy and tired all the time. Also have had sudden weight gain and flashes of light in the corners of my eyes and blurry vision my other symptoms are:
-icepick headaches
-spacey
-stiff neck
-blurry vision
-feel 'off' like not myself
-fatigue/tiredness 24/7
-cognitive problems e.g. difficulty concentrating finding it harder and harder to think of the correct words, clumsiness ect...
- constant numbness in left fingers and foot which really scares me
Anyway so I'm really worried because I am flying tomorrow to Australia and I'm so scared I'm going to have a brain hemmorage in the air or something ? Help
Yes Millie you may be suffering Anxiety, look for something obvious before you consider a more complex pathway
First get your eyes checked, they should be checked around about every two years.
Some of your other problems talk to your GP regards your concentration although if your eyes are bad that can cause problems when reading
Your stiff neck could be posture, the way you sitting that can cause a stiff neck and headache.
Check the easy and less complex before considering an anxiety, it may be some straight forward problems that can be sorted first

Please get your vitamin b12 levels and folate checked too. These are also soe common symptoms of b12 deficiency. Research this deficiency well, there is a facebook PA/B12 deficiency group with 14000 member on it. The information is wonderful. This is a deficiency that sneaks up on you, it also causes anxiety. Don't expect your GP to have much knowledge of it though, do your own research.
