I can't sleep, this isn't like me at all. If I don't sleep my anxiety is going to sky rocket. Can someone help me please??

Essayez quelques choses. Une heure avant de vous coucher, ne regardez rien avec un écran. Ne mangez ni ne buvez rien. Mais si vous devez boire quelque chose, buvez du thé dodo avec une touche de miel. Si vous vous sentez agité, levez-vous et faites quelque chose pendant une demi-heure, puis retournez vous coucher. J'ai des problèmes d'insomnie, alors je connais tous les trucs du livre.
Hi, I myself had difficulty sleeping for a few months and was wide awake until 2/3 every night, so I know how you must be feeling, wouldn't wish it on anyone!!! After trying what I felt was everything (even prescription sleeping tablets) I read online somewhere that a lack in magnesium could be a factor. I brought some magnesium tablets from holland and Barrett's, and after a few days of taking them I was back to my usual 8 hours of sleep a night! Might be worth a try
Don 't drink anything with caffeine the entire day. Just because it says caffeine free it's not true it has some caffeine in it. Read before you eat or drink anything. Try not to exercise in the evening. Good Luck
