so basicly ive had these spots hoing up my penid for as long as i can rember nd ive seen others eith the problem.they dont hurt but you can squeez them

also ive got spots on my rim of head if anyone lnows

I have the same every once in a while a big one pops up and idk what it is it also itches

I have reason to believe these are fordyce spots and the bumps on the “rim” are pearly penile papules. Both are NORMAL skin variations. Have a good christmas!
