Meu namorado tem uma erupção cutânea que se espalha com bolhas abertas que não têm respondido aos antibióticos. Elas cobrem a maior parte de seus braços, peito, costas e algumas de suas pernas. Sem febre ou dores, mas as áreas coçam e queimam se ele coçar.
O primeiro médico prescreveu Cleocin 300mg 4 vezes ao dia para Foliculite, mas a erupção se espalhou e eu o levei novamente quando notei que estava se espalhando mais e até no rosto.
O próximo médico prescreveu Keflex 500mg 4 vezes ao dia + Bactrim DS 800-160mg 2 vezes ao dia para Celulite.
Alguma da propagação dos primeiros antibióticos recuou, mas ainda estão se espalhando bolhas e agora ele tem algumas na área genital.
Moramos em uma área remota com poucos consultórios médicos e os médicos que ele viu parecem estar com tanta pressa que mal ficam na sala por 2 minutos antes de sair para escrever uma receita sem nenhum teste ou exame mais aprofundado do que ele levantar a camisa para mostrar o quão grave está.
Tenho fotos, mas não tenho certeza da melhor maneira de mostrá-las aqui.
Se alguém puder nos dar algum conselho, seria muito apreciado! Moramos a algumas horas de distância de qualquer outro médico ou especialista.
Ele tem a erupção há cerca de um mês agora e começou nos braços e pernas.

A erupção cutânea não está completamente sólida e algumas áreas parecem estar completamente limpas. Ele não começou a usar nada novo como sabonetes ou detergente de roupa.
Have you tried changing your washing powder/gel etc.? Is he allergic to something in that? Manufacturers change their ingredients fairly frequently.

Has he been in contact with poison ivy or oak? That will cause those symptomss
Sounds like he needs some Steroids wrether it be pill or cream. Have you tried calamine lotion?
Tente descobrir o que desencadeou. O que ele comeu naquele dia, alguma medicação ou drogas, ele estava perto de algum animal ou o que ele tocou? Tente anti-histamínicos se ele estiver coçando, mantenha-o fresco e não deixe que ele tome banho por muito tempo.
Has he had the measles or chicken poxs?
As he has no fever I'm agreeing with the others who have answered. Maybe an allergic reaction to something. Animal,or food,drink or even a plant. Do you have anything which is in full bloom near you. Some pollens can cause this sort of rash.
What sort of work does he do? Anything been introduced to his working routine or environment? Have a good long think....its often quite suprising what it turns out to be.

Has your boyfriend had patch testing by a dermatologist?
A lot of years ago, I bought some really cheap rubber gloves & subsequently started to itch & then I developed a rash, not dissimilar to your boyfriend's.
After a couple of years, and eventual patch testing, the doctors found that I was allergic to formaldehyde [used in the rubber making process] & formaldehyde releasers & not the latex which it looked as though it might be.
I then changed my car to a Skoda [from a Volvo] & things got a lot worse.
I then learned that formaldehyde is used in the manufacture of some cars. But not in cars from Sweden [the Volvo!] & Japan.
My Dermatologist prescribed a 'very potent' steroid cream & my GP prescribed an antihistamine called Atarax.
That looks more like the hives then a rash. He needs steroids and cortisone. He has to be giving crazy itching. Honestly I read about Dr issues, but until he's able I don't see how it will go away. He might try an oat meal bath for itching.
Após ver as fotos, acho que parece mais urticária. Ele deve estar coçando como louco! Urticária geralmente some sem tratamento, mas os antihistamínicos costumam ser úteis.
After looking at your pics,I'm even more convinced its an allergic reaction. Get some antihistamines from doctor or pharmacist. I reacted like this three times in my life.
1.......eating white fish. Have to avoid now.
2.......moved house and had 3 mango trees in the garden...when they bloomed I was in agony,but it took a while to realise what it was. We had to remove the trees .
3.....Extreme stress. Especially if you are facing a life changing crisis.
Has your boyfriend bought new clothes? or changed his shower/washing soap/gel etc. Some new artificial fabrics can cause this sort of reaction.
Hope it gets sorted soon. I know how stressful these rashes can be,especially when you dont know the cause.
