HELP: Red spots, dry peeling skin, penile head, 1.5 years, WHAT IS IT? Images provided

the doctors office says all STD/STI tests comes back clean. tested 3 times, all clean

i have red spots on my penile head and right underneath the head. no pain, no odor, no discharge, no new sensation. this has been occuring non-stop for over 1 1/2 years (long time).

doctor prescribed creme 1% anti-fungal, and it “helped” for a fee hours, but the dry skin returned.

it starts as flat red spot (no feeling - if i touched it in the dark i wouldnt feel anything abnormal, feels normal, have to look to notice), it eventually dries up, turns into thin scabs (now i can physcially feel the rough dry skin when i touch). normally i gentle scrub the head during my shower and it literally scraps off the dry skin and it goes back to stage 1 again (smooth and no feeling, but still visible). then i repeat the process almost daily). i can even grab tweezers and peel off the dry skin scabs. from red spots, to scabs, to dry skin, and repeat. if i dont peel or scrub, i imagine the dry tough scab would build up. absolutely no pain or discharge ever at all after 1.5 years of this issue

the scab and red spots come back in the exact same spot everytime. it started in a tiny spot n my penile head a year ago and now covers majority of my penile head and even a fee spots right underneath the head.

when the skin dries and scab up, it feel tough and is very noticeable by the touch (not smooth). after a shower with light scrubbing of the penile, the dark skin is washed off (scrubbed away) and the process starts again.

so far, the best i could fine is this could be balanitis. but antifungal cream did not work. helped for a few hours (or a day) but the issue returned.

no pain, no discharge, no odor, doesnt not feel anything new. can you tell me what this could be and how to fully treat this.

mate i have similar issue from fungal discharge when i slept with a girl from 4 years ago and thr frenulum is so sensitive that when j shower it gives you that great feeling of satisfaction but after shower jts rough and definitely needs moisture.
ive tried rhe 1% corstosin cream qnd it thinned my skin and didn’t do much so i stopped. i recently got tild it could be balantisis.

recently ive been using sudo cream and its okay.

keen to jnow what you can find out.

go to dermatologist. could be psoriasis.

sounds like we are in the same boat. must be balantisis or psoriasis. was hoping to find solution and purchase needed creme, but sounds like i will have to go to dermatologist unfortunately. 1% creme also did not work for me ive been using it for 1 year now with no permanent luck.

keep me posted mate. ive been using sudo cream and it has helped q little more than the cream for sure
