I still don’t know what’s wrong with me. I stop having vaginal sex for almost a month now and tried again. it hurt but not as bad but the more I check myself down there, the more I freak out and think that this pain will never fully go away. Please help!

those are just normal fordyce spots! nothing to worry about. if youre having pain with sex it may be good to go to a doctor anyway but i doubt its herpes before anything else. whats your discharge like, the smell, colour and consistency. do you have itching? pain? etc. does it sting/burn when u pee?
i had itching a few days ago but i realized that the cause was vulvar fissure. its been healing and doesn't itch but I'm not sure how i got it. discharge is very watery clear/milky and excessive mainly the night after intercourse. But intercourse feels impossible and burns like if it was irratated inside my vagina. In the beginning it burned when i peed ans i had kidney pain, i took some uti antibiotics i had to help and i havent had a problem with that for about a month now. I have already tested negative for chlamydia, gonorrhea, and trich and have been given one tablet of Fluconazole for a yeast infection but nothing has really helped.
you may have a persistent yeast infection. it may be worth going back to doctors to get a longer dose of yeast infection treatment, or you may have a resistant strain of yeast. you dont have sores or spots which is good and no other STIs so it does indicate yeast infection.
omg im still the same too girl!! my gyno said it was a uti ( didnt want to test more than my pee since my insurance wasnt active when i went 3 weeks ago (got my insurance back last week so will be going back again and getting all tests done) and gave me antibiotics and it seemed to help a bit with my kidney/pelvic area pain and also pain with urination but soon after i got my period. I usually notice the pain goes away or diminishes during my period but after it comes back the same or worse and thats what im currently going through rn. I have pelvic pain/burning also constant vaginal irritation/burning. I also have milky watery discharge. Going back to get retested for everything : ( if anybody knows what this is and how to treat it id appreciate any advice!

The gyno swabbed me down there and i tested positive for bacterial vaginosis. He said thats what was causing my pain during sex, constant vaginal burning, and pelvic pain. He prescribed me metronidazole gel to insert vaginally 2 times a day for 5 days im currently on my last day of medication and i am noticing the burning has gone down and also my pelvic pain is gone or if i have it its mild . Im not 100% better so i think im going to keep inserting gel for a full 7 days.
