It does not hurt at all and almost disappears when erect. I guess i have never really noticed it until now. i have had sexual contact.

i honestly think its totally normal. your skin loosens when you are soft so it bunches together sometimes. if it doesnt hurt and it just looks like loose skin, dont worry about it
