HELP! YEAST INFECTION SORES OR HERPES?!

i had unprotected sex for the first time with a guy i had been seeing, i struggled to get wet and was very dry throughout so the sex was painful, i noticed a little bit of blood after when i went to the toilet and it stung when i peed i thought maybe it was a small tear thought nothing of it. the dryness got really extreme afterwards almost like eczema and my skin has gone white and flaky and i was quite itchy. i bought 2% lidocaine and some internal moisturiser the next day and applied as instructed. the next day i woke up with a really severe case of thrush(i suffer from recurrent thrush but this was the worst id ever had) and was perscribed fluconazole, something told me to have a look down there and i noticed a couple sores inside my vagina which i thought were maybe tears from the sex they were quite painful! i also have dryness on my clitoris which is causing extreme burning when i pee

the thrush is now gone but now i have a thick white discharge that is like lotion consistency and ive noticed a couple tiny sores appear on the outside i had a phone consultation and they gave me treatment for herpes but i wont know until im tested and someone can look at them please could someone help im only 20 and i feel like my life is over the sores are not itchy at all the ones inside are very painful but the small ones on the outside do not hurt

hi i recently had something that looked similar actually just lastnight i noticed and today its gone i cant find them anywhere im gonna double check but i dont see it. How long have yours been there? and are they crusting over?

its been about 4/5 days now i also have them in my bum now too im really worried they have been spreading since i went on the herpes medication i dont know if its because ive wiped from the front to back.

discharge has stopped, they dont crust over stay open really painful

i checked mines again and i do see something but it doesnt look like it did yesterday it looks sorta healed. Im hoping its healed i posted a picture on my page. How do you know you have them in your bum you can see them or feel them im asking so i can check myself, i havent had any discharge. Im scared to go to the doctor but i know i have too. i was told by a friend that they had hsv 1 for a while and when she got on medicine it made her have outbreaks

i felt an itch and i just checked, mine are getting a little better now not as painful but they are itchy so i guess they are healing going to try get an appointment with my gyno tomorrow before they disappear so i can know for sure if i have it

i just seen the image that you posted with the tear had seen that one before that looks like it came from rough sex! when you are dry it can do alot of damage down there. well im hoping for the best for you I pray it was just from the dry sex! Keep me posted Wishing you the best of luck

did you ever get a diagnosis from your doctor? I have the exact same situation and they put me on herpes medication but i dont think that is it, i think it is from the yeast infection and the rough sex!
