hi could any one tell me the best things 2 eat pls as i have bin on them for 3 day now and ive messed my self a few time ive bin told iam eatin 2 much fat ive bin eatin veg 4 the last pass few days pls help me i just help thay r workin 4 me
I find its best to stick to low fat for me
breakfast is 2 crumpets with baked beans,mullerlight yoghurt with strawberries
lunch is usually something like chicken fillet with new potatoes and salad
dinner haddock,rice,broccoli and peas
if im hungry between fruit
I have had no side effects at all been on them 6 weeks
you must be eating more than just vegtables as they contain little or no fat so they would not give u the side effects you are getting now
hiya there thanks 4 that so u can have 30g of fat a day then ive only bin haveing lunch and a dinner i have not bin eatin brekfust dose thay not mater
to be healthy its recommended you eat 3 meals a day, perhaps if you get into the routine of that you may find this easier as you'll be eating more often and will be less hungry. these tablets should be promoting a new look on food, a lifestyle you can carry on after you've come off the tablets.
