Help

So I keep having this bad back pain lower right side I guess I would say like right under the ribs and sometimes it feels like it comes to the front I have been to the ER 2 times and and they did all kinds of test everything came back good i even go to the chiropractor like once a week and it sucks because I feel like when I lay down i have the pain in my back and it gives me a headache and on top of all that of course I have anxiety so it stresses me out having this pain

I am sure they checked you kidneys and gall bladder, right?

Yes

What kind of pain?  A sharp pain?  A dull pain?  Does it feel like muscular pain?  Is it constant?  Is it worse during any particular time of day? Does it interfere with mobility?  Do certain movements make it worse or better?

It’s like a sharp and I don’t know if it’s  muscle I mean I guess to try to better my mind I hope it is I am a welder and at my job we are sitting down for 8 hours a day and of and I will get the bad back pain I know when I take a hot shower it seems to be gone but then I get in bed and it hurts

Have you had a MRI X-ray and ultrasound and bloods done you make torn a muscle and it’s causing you pain hopefully it just settles down  have you been coughing sometimes that causes you to pull a muscle and it’s not low enough to be your appendix? have you tried acupuncture that’s the best for Amy thing like that hope it either just goes away or you find out what it is  maybe you could have a CT scan that shows up everything wishing you all the best and hope it gets better ❤️

It sounds like it might be muscular - a very tight muscle or an impingement of some kind.  Try doing some stretches while taking a hot shower.  The best time to stretch and avoid injury is when the muscles are warm,  Moist heat is best. Then take an anti inflammatory.  Also, perhaps a massage will help.  The masseur should be able to find the offending muscle and apply pressure to help loosen it, and in the process help you to identify the culprit so you can continue to apply pressure (Google myofacial release). If you find any relief this way, begin doing some back and core strengthening exercises to prevent the muscle(s) from whacking out again.  I'm not a doctor though so you need to follow your instincts on this.
