Hemeroids, fissure or herpes HELP

Started with pain when pooing thought was just a cute and then purple area came out and what looked like a hemeroid but now have a few spots/ sores.. please help what does this look like. Just painful when touched or when it gets wet.

In your second picture I kind of see the purple spot that could be a hemmeroid however the picture isn’t great. The spots look like folliculitis but could be herpes or yeast. The lines could also be herpes or yeast.

Hi Samantha.
I have genital herpes and this does look to be consistent.. I would see your doctor so they can start you on an antivirals to prevent it from worsening as well as get a proper test. Please feel free to message me if you want to talk.

Only a test would confirm the presence of Herpes, but those blisters are somewhat consistent with an initial outbreak.
