i have both internal and external hemorrhoids they are causing me agonising pain as soon as stool touches rectum i immediatly tense due to the pain internal sphincter just under tailbone throbbing no fissure suppositories,ice,heat nothing is helping stool is soft and formed pain spreads to lower back,groin and hip i dont bleed one pops right out on left side and with ice does eventually go back inside i dread waking up in the morning and needing bathroom have to use a glycerine suppository to help get remaining stool out as cant relax due to the pain to release. im terrified of having them removed been suffering nearly 3 years on and off past 8 months its been constant. dr wants to cut them out!!
