Herpes? Atypical "paper cut" symptom

Hi, I received oral sex from a girl with oral herpes. She got a cold sore a day afterwards. around 10 days later, I got these two tears on the end of my foreskin: https://imgur.com/a/Kg1U7rL I have gotten many tears on my foreskin in the past, as do most uncircumcised men, but the timeline makes me really anxious. I went to a PA and got it swabbed and it came negative but I know viral cultures can have false negatives and with this being so small and not having liquid I fear that is a high probability. Does this look like the "paper cut" lesions people talk about? Its so frustrating because there are very limited pictures online.

Irrespective of whether this is linked to your sexual encounter or not, your skin is not healing properly because you have a particular condition. It is the discovering what the problem is that is the issue!
I am nor sure what you mean by PA? Anyways, there are specialist who deal with this and the best would either be a Dermatologist who specialises in Genital issues, or a Urologist. The larger Specialist Sexual Health Services have these specialists who you can request to see - phone or call in, explain your penile skin is not healing at all, and that you have previously been tested and you would like to get to the bottom of what it is that is causing this …
